I am going to attempt to do shorter blogs more often. Lets see if I can add that to my schedule. I realized that I love it when my friends and family update often so I can know what is going on so maybe some one out there would like it if I posted more.
We spent the last three days with the Gibson Family. Josh came home from his mission, Mongolia!, and we have had a lot of fun. Libby was waiting for Josh at the airport and was heard to say, "Come on Josh! We have been waiting for like two years!"
Henry doesn't seem to remember Josh but he sure loves him tons now! We can't wait to get reacquanted with him and spend some time hanging out. He also brought us some cool gifts. Libby got a great little doll, Henry got a picture block that we already need to repair and put out of reach, Mike got a key holder that he is very excited about, and I got a wooden puzzle. Josh is awesome!
Sidney has found her hands and loves to try to eat them. She is sometimes found, only when asleep though, to be sucking her thumb. We are highly discouraging that one. She also LOVES her mobile! I don't think the other kids cared as much as she does. My friends baby loves hers too so maybe there is something about the babies born this year? Shrug. She gets a big grin on her face when we start winding it up. It is just too cute.
Libby had Nursery Rhyme day on Friday. She dress in her Cinderella rags dress and was the old woman in a shoe. She even took a doll to be her child. She is so creative sometimes!
Henry is doing well at Karate and even got his first stripe on his belt this week. I am not sure if he knows what he did to earn it and Mike wasn't watching at the time. So all Henry will say is that he got it because he is being good.
Mike is busy with Choir Practices. He is going to be in the Choir for the Saturday Afternoon Session of General Conference. So watch and you might be able to see him. He is very excited about it and loving rehearsing with the director.
I am just busy with work and the kids and the house. Thats enough stuff, right? This last week we had Student Led Conferences, AKA Parent Teacher Conferences. That sure makes for a really long week. It was probably the best one I have ever done. The parents and students were really great, very productive. Have I ever mentioned that I teach Junior High Math? I do! And I LOVE it. I know I am crazy and people love to tell me that. I am not sure why I love it so much, maybe cause the math is still easy? Or maybe I just have the mentality of junior high student.
Speaking of which I have a pile of papers to record. Hopefully be talking to you soon!

I'd love it if you updated more!! I can't talk, though, we've been really bad about it lately, too.
You changed your blog so much since the last time I checked it, I like it!
Love you all, we're all so excited to come visit!
Yeah...can I bring Caleb over for some Math help? LOL He absolutely hates math and we are now back to PreAlgebra in 8th grade. He can do it..but not motivated because he hates it!.......I am glad you like it though, we love school teachers.
Valerie and boys in Brigham.
I wish you were close enough I could help! Usually all it takes is finding the one thing that they are having a hard time with and making it was easy then they can tolerate it and don't mind it as much.
